I'm an Industrial Engineer with a background in workforce management, data analysis and project coordination. Over the last several years, I've worked close to day-to-day operations, which eventually led me deeper into automation and software.

Before I started building software, most of my work was in operations, workforce management, data and project coordination. I spent years working close to day-to-day business processes — planning capacity, analyzing performance, building reports and coordinating implementations.
That experience still shapes how I approach technology today. I tend to start with how the work actually happens, what information people need and where things are breaking before deciding what should be automated or built.
I have worked coordinating requirements, priorities, documentation, testing and implementation across operational and technical teams. A large part of the job has been translating business needs into something that can actually be delivered and used.

I built Hermes around the day-to-day needs of shipping and parcel agencies. It brings customers, shipments, rates, invoices, payment status and reporting into the same application.
Sales and retail operations
I built this CRM-style sales application to keep pipeline stages, customer opportunities and commercial follow-up in one place.
Ember is the most complete system I've built so far. It started around equipment and vehicle rentals, and now covers fleet, quotations, rentals, maintenance, accounting, analytics, permissions and configurable modules.
The application changes its available modules and permissions based on the active workspace. Fleet, rentals and accounting are separate protected areas rather than one generic dashboard.
I use automation to remove repetitive work, connect tools and make reporting easier to maintain.
WhatsApp sales assistant
I built a WhatsApp workflow using Meta's API, n8n and a database to handle product questions, recommendations, customer information and order flows. AI helps interpret the conversation; prices, products, inventory and order actions still come from application logic and the database.

I'm an Industrial Engineer by training, but most of my career has happened at the intersection of operations, data and projects.
I started in workforce management, where planning, staffing and performance data directly affected what happened every day. Later I moved further into data analysis and project work, building reports, validating information, coordinating requirements and working with teams across different parts of the business.
Automation came naturally from that. At first it was about removing repetitive work with spreadsheets, scripts and integrations. Eventually I started building more complete solutions with APIs, databases, n8n and web applications. Through Prominence Systems, I currently design and implement internal systems, automation and AI-assisted workflows for business use cases.
That background is still how I approach technology today. I care about the technical side, but I care more about understanding the problem well enough to build something useful, maintainable and dependable for the people who actually have to use it.
